본 이용약관(이하 “약관”)은 귀하의 airWrite(이하 “플랫폼”) 액세스 및 사용에 적용됩니다. 플랫폼을 사용하기 전에 본 약관을 주의 깊게 읽어주시기 바랍니다.
airWrite에 액세스하거나 사용함으로써 귀하는 본 약관을 준수하는 데 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.
본 약관은 귀하와 주식회사 airWriters Inc.(이하 “airWriters”) 간의 법적 계약을 구성하며, 귀하의 airWrite 애플리케이션(이하 “airWrite”) 및 이를 통해 제공되는 제품 및 서비스(이하 “플랫폼”)의 사용을 규율합니다.
본 이용약관에 동의하려면 “Apple로 로그인” 또는 “Apple로 계속하기”를 탭하십시오.
본 이용약관에 동의하지 않는 경우, 해당 버튼을 탭하지 말고 airWrite 애플리케이션을 사용하지 마십시오.
귀하는 본 서비스 약관을 제시된 대로 수락하고 준수해야 하며, 변경·추가·삭제는 허용되지 않습니다.
airWriters는 귀하가 본 서비스 약관의 일부를 준수하지 않을 경우, airWrite 애플리케이션 및 이를 통해 제공되는 제품 및 서비스에 대한 액세스를 거부할 수 있습니다.
제1조 (약관의 수락)
플랫폼에 액세스하거나 서명함으로써 귀하는 본 약관 및 개인정보 처리방침을 읽고 이해했으며, 이에 동의함을 인정합니다.
제2조 (이용 자격)
본 플랫폼을 이용하려면 만 14세 이상이어야 합니다.
만 14세 미만인 경우, 부모 또는 법정 보호자의 동의를 얻어 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다.airWrite는 Apple 계정이 있는 iPhone 사용자만 이용할 수 있으며,
미성년자의 개인정보 보호를 위한 Apple의 구독 규정이 적용됩니다.귀하가 회사 또는 기타 법인을 대신하여 플랫폼을 이용하는 경우,
귀하는 해당 법인을 본 약관에 따라 구속할 권한이 있음을 보증합니다.
제3조 (사용자 콘텐츠)
귀하는 플랫폼에 게시, 업로드 또는 공유하는 모든 콘텐츠(“사용자 콘텐츠”)에 대해 전적으로 책임을 집니다.
귀하는 사용자 콘텐츠의 소유권을 보유하되,
플랫폼 운영을 위하여 비독점적·전 세계적·로열티 없는 라이선스를 당사에 부여합니다.사용자 콘텐츠는 제3자의 저작권, 상표권, 개인정보 보호권, 퍼블리시티권 등을 침해해서는 안 됩니다.
당사는 약관 또는 법령을 위반하거나 부적절한 사용자 콘텐츠를
사전 통지 없이 삭제하거나 비활성화할 수 있습니다.
제4조 (금지된 행위)
귀하는 불법적·유해하거나 본 약관을 위반하는 방식으로 플랫폼을 사용하지 않습니다.
금지 행위에는 다음이 포함되며 이에 한정되지 않습니다.
괴롭힘, 따돌림, 협박
타인 또는 단체 사칭
승인되지 않은 상업·판촉 콘텐츠 게시
바이러스·멀웨어 전송
플랫폼 기능 방해 행위
제5조 (지적 재산권)
플랫폼의 모든 지적 재산권은 당사 또는 라이선스 제공자에게 귀속됩니다.
귀하는 이를 무단으로 사용하거나 침해해서는 안 됩니다.
제6조 (제3자 서비스)
플랫폼에는 제3자 웹사이트 링크가 포함될 수 있으며,
당사는 해당 서비스의 내용이나 정책에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
제7조 (유료 서비스 및 구독)
일부 기능은 유료 구독으로 제공될 수 있습니다.
결제는 Apple App Store 인앱 결제를 통해 처리됩니다.
구독은 해지하지 않는 한 자동 갱신됩니다.
환불 및 해지는 별도의 환불 및 구독 해지 정책에 따릅니다.
제8조 (보증의 부인)
플랫폼은 “있는 그대로” 제공되며,
정확성·완전성·특정 목적 적합성에 대한 보증을 하지 않습니다.
제9조 (책임의 제한)
법이 허용하는 범위 내에서,
당사는 간접적·부수적·결과적 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
제10조 (약관의 변경)
당사는 사전 통지 없이 약관을 변경할 수 있으며,
변경 후 사용은 동의로 간주됩니다.
제11조 (해지)
당사는 언제든지 귀하의 플랫폼 이용을 종료하거나 중단할 수 있습니다.
제12조 (준거법 및 관할)
본 약관은 대한민국 법을 따르며,
모든 분쟁은 회사 소재지 관할 법원에 따릅니다.
본 약관의 영문본을 정본으로 합니다.
제13조 (정보 보유 기간)
Sign in with Apple을 통해 생성된 계정의 경우,
개인 식별이 불가능한 사용자 식별 정보에 한하여
부정 이용자의 재가입 방지를 목적으로
탈퇴 후 최대 3년간 보유할 수 있습니다.
해당 정보에는 성명, 이메일 등 개인정보는 포함되지 않습니다.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of airWrite (“Platform”).
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform.
By accessing or using airWrite, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
THESE TERMS OF USE CONSTITUTE A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND AIRWRITERS INC.
THEY GOVERN YOUR USE OF THE AIRWRITE APPLICATION AND THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH IT.
To agree to these Terms, tap “Sign in with Apple” or “Continue with Apple”.
If you do not agree, do not use the airWrite application.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or signing the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read,
understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
(1) You must be at least 14 years old to use the Platform.
Users under 14 may use the Service with parental or guardian consent.
(2) airWrite is available only to iPhone users with an Apple account
and is subject to Apple’s Subscription Rules regarding minors.
(3)If you use the Platform on behalf of an entity,
you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
User Content
(1) You are solely responsible for any content you post or share (“User Content”).
(2) You retain ownership of User Content but grant us a
non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it on the Platform.
(3) User Content must not violate third-party rights.
(4) We may remove or disable User Content without prior notice
if it violates these Terms or applicable law.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Platform for unlawful, harmful, or offensive purposes.
Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
Harassment or threats
Impersonation
Unauthorized commercial content
Malware or virus distribution
Interference with Platform functionality
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Platform are owned by us or our licensors.
You agree not to infringe upon these rights.
Third-Party Services
The Platform may link to third-party services.
We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Access is at your own risk.
Paid Services and Subscriptions
(1) Certain features may require paid subscriptions.
(2) Payments are processed via Apple App Store In-App Purchases.
(3) Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
(4) Refunds and cancellations follow the Refund and Subscription Policy.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”.
We disclaim all express or implied warranties.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law,
we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Modification of Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use constitutes acceptance.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access at any time without notice.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Korean courts.
Retention Period
When using Sign in with Apple, we may retain non-identifiable user information
solely to prevent re-registration of suspended users,
for up to three (3) years after account deletion.
Such information does not include name, email address,
or other personal data.

귀하의 개인정보를 존중하고 보호하기 위해 airWrite는 앱 운영에 필요한 최소한의 정보(이메일 계정, 필명, 게시물 및 가입 시 Apple 계정을 활용한 게시물 관련 활동) 외에는 어떠한 개인정보 관련 정보도 수집하지 않습니다. 개인정보 수집을 최소화하는 것이 당사의 개인정보 보호를 위한 처리방침입니다.

b. 귀하의 필명(사용자 이름)과 같은 프로필 정보. c. 귀하가 서비스에 제출하거나 게시하는 콘텐츠(글, 귀하의 방식으로 재배열한 ⍺rticker 및 댓글 포함). d. 귀하가 게시물을 작성한 위치로부터 반경 3Km를 포함하는 지역에 대한 정보. 위에 열거된 정보 이외의 정보를 수집하고자 하는 경우, 당사는 업데이트된 개인정보 처리방침을 통지함으로써 변경에 대한 귀하의 추가 동의를 구할 것입니다.
2. 정보의 사용 당사는 수집한 개인정보를 다음을 포함하되 이에 국한되지 않는 다양한 목적으로 사용할 수 있습니다: a. 당사의 서비스 제공 및 유지. b. 귀하의 의견, 질문 및 요청에 대한 응답. c. 기술 고지, 업데이트 및 보안 경고 전송. d. 당사의 서비스를 개선하기 위한 사용 동향 및 선호도 분석. e. 사기 또는 무단 활동 감지 및 방지.

4. 저작권에 대한 개인 정보 보호 airWrite를 통해 창작된 저작물의 저작권은 airWrite와 저작자(이용자)가 공동으로 소유하며, 이용자는 airWrite에 가입함으로써 공동저작권에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다. 작성된 글의 경우, 이용자 저작권의 대상과 범위는 해당 텍스트에 한정하며, 해당 텍스트와 함께 그래픽으로 구현되고, 구성되고, 표현되고 있는 에어 또는 커맨트(게시물)의 전체로서의 이미지는 airWrite의 고유하고 배타적인 저작권 대상입니다. 노트커버의 경우, 이용자 저작권의 대상과 범위는 노트커버를 구성하는 요소의 고유한 배열 또는 구성방식에 한정하며, 그래픽으로 구현되고, 구성되고, 표현되고 있는 전체로서의 이미지는 airWrite의 고유하고 배타적인 저작권 대상입니다. 이용자는 그래픽으로 구현되는 게시물 및 노트커버를 상업적인 용도로 활용, 재판매, 제3자에게 위탁할 수 없으며, 또한 개인적인 용도 이외 해당 1차 저작물을 기초로 또는 활용하여 2차 저작의 용도로 사용할 수 없습니다. 2차적 저작물의 경우 당사는 공동저자권자의 별도의 추가적인 동의 없이 해당 1차 저작물을 기초로 또는 활용하여 2차 저작물을 제작하고 상업적 용도로 사용할 수 있습니다. 이에 동의하지 않을 경우 airWrite에 가입할 수 없습니다. 본 저작권 규정과 일치하지 않는 것으로 확인되는 이용자의 일체 행위에 대한 책임은 이용자 본인에게 있음을 확인합니다.
5. 아동의 개인정보 만 14세 미만인 경우 부모 또는 보호자의 동의가 있어야 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다. airWrite는 Apple 계정이 있는 아이폰 사용자만 이용할 수 있으며, 따라서 미성년자 개인정보 보호에 관한 Apple의 가입 규정이 적용됩니다.
6. 본 개인정보 처리방침의 변경 당사는 수시로 개인정보 처리방침을 업데이트할 수 있습니다. 변경 사항이 있을 경우 애플리케이션에 알림이 표시되며 개정된 날짜가 표시됩니다. 본 개인정보 처리방침을 주기적으로 검토하여 업데이트 또는 변경 사항이 있는지 확인하시기 바랍니다.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use our application or any other services offered by airWrite (collectively, the "Services"). To respect and protect your privacy, airWrite does not collect any privacy-related information other than the minimum necessary to operate the app, i.e., email account, pen name, posts, and post-related activity utilizing Apple account to sign up. It is our privacy policy to minimize the collection of personal information. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please note that there may be limitations on your ability to use our services.
1. Information We Collect We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register for an account, use the Services, or communicate with us. The types of personal information we may collect include : a. Signing up for airWrite is done with 'sign up with Apple ID' only. During this process, we collect the email address either you have registered with your Apple account or your choice of a fictitious address issued by apple. b. Profile information such as your PenName(username). c. Content you submit or post on the Services, including writing, rearranged ⍺rtickers in your way, and comments. d. Information about the area that includes a 3-kilometers radius from the location where you made the post. If we wish to collect information other than those listed above, we will seek your further consent to the change by notifying you of an updated Privacy Policy.
2. Use of Information We may use the personal information we collect for various purposes, including but not limited to: a. Providing and maintaining our Services. b. Responding to your comments, questions, and requests. c. Sending you technical notices, updates, and security alerts. d. Analyzing usage trends and preferences to enhance our Services. e. Detecting and preventing fraudulent or unauthorized activities.
3. Sharing of Information We may share your personal information with third parties in certain situations, including: a. Privacy for Copyright Copyright in works created through airWrite is jointly owned by airWrite and the author (user), and the user is deemed to have agreed to joint copyright by signing up for airWrite. In the case of written posts, the subject matter and scope of the copyright held by the user is limited to the text, and the image of the air or comment (post) as a whole that is graphically embodied, organized, and represented along with the text is the unique and exclusive subject matter of airWrite's copyright. In the case of NoteCovers, the subject matter and scope of the copyright held by the user is limited to the unique arrangement or organization of the elements comprising the NoteCover, and the image as a whole, as graphically realized, organized, and represented, is the unique and exclusive subject matter of airWrite's copyright. You may not exploit, resell, or subcontract the graphically represented posts and note covers for commercial use, nor may you use them as the basis for or to create derivative works based on or utilizing such primary works, other than for your personal use. In the case of derivative works, airWrite may create derivative works based on or utilizing the primary work and use them for commercial purposes without any additional consent from the co-author. If you do not agree to this, you may not sign up for airWrite. You acknowledge that you are responsible for any actions of yours that are found to be inconsistent with these copyright rules.
5. Children's Privacy If you are under the age of 14, you may use the Services with the consent of a parent or guardian. airWrite is available only to iPhone users with Apple account, and therefore is subject to Apple's Subscription Rules for the privacy of minors.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes we make will be alarmed at the application, and the revised date will be indicated. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any updates or changes.

환불 및 구독 해지 정책
본 정책은 주식회사 airWriters Inc.가 제공하는 airWrite 서비스의 유료 구독과 관련된 환불 및 해지 기준을 규정하며,
airWrite 이용약관의 일부를 구성합니다.
결제 수단
본 서비스는 Apple App Store를 통해 제공되는 구독형 디지털 서비스입니다.
모든 결제는 Apple Inc.가 제공하는 App Store In-App Purchase 시스템을 통해 처리됩니다.
환불 정책
a. App Store를 통해 이루어진 결제에 대한 환불은 Apple의 환불 정책에 따라 처리됩니다.
b. 회사는 App Store 결제 내역에 대해 직접적인 환불 권한을 보유하고 있지 않으며,
환불 요청은 Apple App Store 고객 지원 채널을 통해 접수하셔야 합니다.
구독 해지
a. 구독은 이용자가 Apple ID 계정 설정을 통해 언제든지 직접 해지할 수 있습니다.
b. 구독 해지는 현재 구독 기간이 종료된 이후부터 적용되며,
이미 결제된 구독 기간 동안에는 서비스를 계속 이용하실 수 있습니다.
청약철회 제한
본 서비스는 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」 제17조 제2항에 따른
디지털 콘텐츠 및 구독형 서비스에 해당합니다.
서비스 이용이 개시된 이후에는 원칙적으로 청약철회가 제한될 수 있으며,
다만 서비스에 중대한 하자가 있는 경우 등 관련 법령에 따라 청약철회가 인정되는 경우에는 예외로 합니다.
정책의 변경
본 환불 및 구독 해지 정책은 관련 법령 또는 Apple 정책 변경에 따라 수정될 수 있으며,
변경 사항은 플랫폼 또는 홈페이지를 통해 고지됩니다.
Refund and Subscription Policy
This Refund and Subscription Policy governs refunds and subscription cancellations for the airWrite service and forms an integral part of the airWrite Terms of Service.
Payment Method
airWrite is a subscription-based digital service provided through the Apple App Store. All payments are processed exclusively via Apple Inc.’s In-App Purchase system.
Refunds
a. Refunds for purchases made through the App Store are subject to Apple’s refund policies.
b. airWriters does not have the authority to issue refunds for App Store transactions. All refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple through its customer support channels.
Subscription Cancellation
a. Users may manage or cancel their subscriptions at any time through their Apple ID account settings.
b. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access to subscription features will remain available until the end of the paid term.
Right of Withdrawal
This service constitutes digital content and a subscription-based service under applicable consumer protection laws.
Once the service has commenced, the statutory right of withdrawal may be restricted, except where withdrawal is required by law, including in cases of material defects in the service.
Changes to This Policy
This Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in applicable laws or Apple policies. Any material changes will be made available through the Platform or our website.
